Emily Chang, Co-founder
Emily has been designing and producing web services and sites for over a decade. Her expertise ranges from digital strategy, user interface, interaction design and user experience, to web apps and social software. She's active in the web community and has been cited among the 50 most influential individuals in Silicon Valley, and most recently in 2009, Emily was nominated for the prestigious Cooper-Hewitt National Design Awards for excellence in interaction design. She served on the design jury for the Adobe Achievement Awards and was an advisory member to the Web 2.0 Expo. She has an MFA in sculpture and a BA in literature.
Max Kiesler, Co-founder
Max's experience has spanned several industries, including higher education, advertising, and technology. With over a decade of experience as a web and visual designer, he's worked with startups, Fortune 500 companies, colleges and universities, and businesses to create award-winning, next generation websites. Max holds a B.A. in Anthropology from the College of William and Mary, where he received a Fulbright Scholarship and was honored as an Academic All-American. He's also completed a MFA in sculpture and recognized with an academic scholarship from Johns Hopkins University.
