Ideacodes is pleased to be working with Ning on UI and user experience design for many of Ning’s upcoming features and releases. Ning is a free online service for cloning, customizing and sharing social web applications, and is led by CEO Gina Bianchini and co-founded by Marc Andreessen.

Emily Chang’s popular eHub Interviews, a series of interviews with the creators and companies behind Web 2.0, is now a channel at CNET Networks Japan. Interviews will be translated into Japanese and featured at eHub at CNET Japan. See Emily’s blog post for more.

Ideacodes has been hired to redesign the DraperRichards.com website. Draper Richards L.P. is a venture capital firm investing in early-stage information technology and telecommunications companies. The Draper name is well known in the venture capital industry. Bill Draper’s father, General William H. Draper, Jr., became the first professional west-coast venture capitalist when he founded Draper, Gaither & Anderson in 1958.

Emily Chang will be on a panel of speakers at the E27 Women 2.0 Conference on April 30 in Mountain View, California. The conference will focus “on women entrepreneurs making extraordinary leaps in the technology world.” See Emily’s blog post.

Ideacodes has been awarded the redesign project for the Berkeley College of Engineering website to take place this spring and summer. The University of California, Berkeley, is the preeminent public university in the country and is consistently ranked among the top five for its engineering and information technology programs. The College of Engineering is the largest of the professional schools on the Berkeley campus, consisting of seven academic departments, extensive research activities, and a multi-faceted Dean’s Office.

Ideacodes has been working with our friends at Supernova to revise and redevelop the 2006 conference website and blog. Supernova is an annual conference in San Francisco hosted by Kevin Werbach. The three day conference “brings together business, government, and technology thought leaders to understand how decentralization and pervasive connectivity are changing our world.” Learn more at Supernova2006.com.

Ideacodes’ client, Dabble.com, a video search and remix community by Mary Hodder, launches its private beta. Ideacodes worked with Dabble to design the new logo and landing pages.

Max Kiesler’s post, Round-up of 30 AJAX Tutorials, was voted onto the home page of Digg, the popular social news tech website, and the source of the popular podcast, Diggnation. See Max’s post at Digg which as of this entry, has had over 1700 diggs!
